Completely understand your issues, I have a few neighbours who have faced it..but as a consumer please be aware of the pros and cons of both...before jumping. Just read a review on Tata Sky..do read it before you make your decision..

Iv heard similar responses on customer care but ...there are pros and cons to both Tata Sky/Dish..hope you weigh the pros and cons before jumping to conclusions.

Hey there..Do you know, most of the Tamil & Malayalam channels are free not paid. But Tata Sky will not add them. What they think about South Indian customers?
Here is a list of Free channel in Tamil & Malayalam.
Tamil- Sun TV, Sun News, Jaya TV, Jaya +, Win TV, Makkal TV etc
Malayalam- Asi...anet, Asianet News, Asianet Plus, Kairali, People, We, Amritha, Jeevan, Indiavision, Manorama News etc
Dish TV offering Sun TV, Sun News, Asianet Plus, Jeevan on their platform. But Tata Sky don't..

Not really Pravin Bhai, I did have a bad experience..but on the contrary their helpdesk did get back and has improved manifold...
i think thats because of the tough competition Dish is facing these days..but all in all good..as long as my needs are met on time...and honestly comparing Tata Sky to ...Dish is a big disappointment...they just dont have the much needed channels....Read More

do mention the below:
1. Agency handling the brand
2. Creative director behind this ad
3. Plot
4. Execution
5. What do you like in this ad..besides the execultion and plot..as in why do...es this ad strike a chord with you.
6. Are there any loopholes you see in the ad..if yes then try and specify them.
