Was never told of 6000 litrerequiring filter replacement was sold saying until 1 year everything covered
After 6 months when stopped working the service guy said replacing filter is a cost of 2000 and left
No updates since no warranty card or information provided stating that

taking a loan from this bank is too good till the time Fish is baited, post that your miseries start .

I was initailly with BHW then moved to DHFL under merger, the firt thing is their web portal which has a option to download ITR statements, they work great cause it doesnot work , you woul...d be ask to visit local branch . .
2nd thing is these guys have the most pathetic customer service, I have recorded conversations with customer service where is the response received was we are unable to locate yuo on records, please provide us with loan file number, sorry sir this is not matching, please visit local branch . where the hell is the branch and its contact details . Fish up
so when your taking loan great they will give you a red carpet , when you are closing what you will get is run arounds and frequent visit to branch , which again changes
