I have decided to quit this stupid service(OR NONSENSE) of BIG TV just because of this looting policy of reliance. 1. They have received an amount for the service in advance. 2. Still we need to pay for their technical complains 3. No refund for the days on which we did not get the channels because ...of the technical failure of their equipment. 4. When my friend had the same problem with Sun Direct, their technician came home and rectified the complaint for free, and said not a single word about 1 or 2 year has gone, so u need to pay rs.750 as this greedy reliance. Like any other service from reliance, big tv is another cheating programme. I am not getting surya tv, amritha, dd malayalam, manorama news, we tv, indiavision and jaihind even though i have paid the money for malayalm basic pack(that's what pre-paid). But when i complained they say that i need to r...echarge for Rs.175 to get their technician to come home and repair their equiptment. I asked for a refund for the channels they are not providing, but they say there is no provision for this. So i'm qutting Big tv, after having been cheated big time......Read More
