Crystal is one of the oldest restaurant in this area, old songs played, old tables and chairs, I suppose the last time it had a renovation was in 1962, just opposite Chowpatty beach, the food there is very tasty and very much Punjabi just like it's owners. Well I feel this review is full of vengeance and biased , may be because they payment was asked in advance, as a matter of fact and a universal fact, all tour operators do take full payment in advance , as for Mr Mir Anwar's etiquette, not only me, my family or my friends but also those whom I recom...mended have found Mr Anwar extremely polite , friendly and honest , as for the hotels and in my experience Mr Anwar does offer a clear and transparent package and hotels which varies according to budget , Mantoo Cottage is a budget hotel, which means it's very obvious that the above package was a low budget one, however to add further I have stayed at this property and we found this place very scenic, the room given to us was overlooking the river, in fact we had a wonderful time there, the owner's and the staff looked after us like family members, over all we had a great time, the best part of all was that Mr Anwar use to call me ever single day , asking for my well being , comfort and if everything was according to my expectations , well now we talking about etiquette ! last but not the least, when we left Kashmir we made many friends including Mr Anwar and the so alleged driver who would even be ready to take us for a drive at 4 am in the morning or 10 pm !Read More
