Please don't think to take the Kashmir package from Mazda Travels – Srinagar. We had a worst experience with the travels. We have booked the package for Srinagar, sonmarg, gulbarg & pahalgam so below I am sharing the bitter experience with the Mazda travels.
Mr. Mir Anwar is the director of the travels does not have etiquette's to talk to the customer. Firstly he will ask you to make the advance payment and rest amount will be paid at the end of the package but any time he can ask for money before end date of the package, if you said that you will pay the rest amount on last day then he will say you will not be able to check out from the hotel and also he will say that your package will end now.
So please don't make the advance payment and also avoid package from the Mazda travels.
We have booked the package 3 months prior to the start date and also given the advance of the same.
When we arrived at the hotel and found that the condition of the room is very pathetic and even you will not find fan. Not hot water facility is available in the hotels where he asked us to stay.
We checked with the hotel reception and found that he even did not booked the room earlier after getting the advance also and the room was allocated to us as per availability in the hotel.
The hotel given in pahalgam – mantoo cottage is the worst place we have stayed till yet. No hot water facility plus the condition of the room was so worst i.e. tape & toilet flush is not working in bathroom.
The cab driver which is provided by Mazda travels was always in a hurry to drop you before 5 pm or so.
Now the hotels accommodation provided by the mazda travels is the worst place to stay. Even you can stay better at govt lodge or in private hotels.
