My father has insured himself and my family under mdindia health insurance but it is totally of no use because they are slow in their claim process and moreover their policies are also not customer friendly. My mother was operated this year 2 months ago in bhopal for her fibroid operation but it was... unthinkable when we claimed the reimbursement of our medical bills from mdindia. The company has deducted 32500 rupees out of 52000 and given a sum of 21500 only thru NEFT. The company has deducted a large sum of money by saying that not according to mdindia policy. Even the room charges and other hospital expenses were also being deducted without giving us a satisfactory explanation. Its a cheating with their customers. So I must request you all abandon mdindia and boycott it.Read More
