Jaipur is  the capital city of rajasthan is also known as the pink city of india because of pink colored paint row houses in old jaipur. The speciality of this city is that every house and shop in the old jaipur are of same design and same pink color and due to this it is called as pink city. Jaipur is very well connected by road, rail and airways from every part of the country. It is near about 250 Km from delhi by road. There are many places of tourist attraction in jaipur like Amer palace, Hawa mahal, jal mahal, Jantar mantar, Albert museum, Govind dev ji mandir, Birla mandir and many more. One can start his journey of local sight seeing by taking a bus outside from the railway station and for this your hotel manager can book the bus for you if you want. I Think taking a jaipur darshan bus is much cheaper and convenient rather than going for sight seeing on our own it is costly and time consuming. I think per person it cost around 300/-. this is only bus fare rest of the local sight seeing tickets we have to borne on our own. Amongst all the local sites I visited I found amer palace very interesting as this is the palace of jodha bai here I have many weapons of that time like shell gun and various kinds of swords and dagger bow and arrows of that time. here I have also found the factory of shell gun which is located at the top of the mahal.  Bhavani top which is kept on the terrace is the main centre of attraction for the people as it weighs in quintals and is made up of 8 metals. jal mahal is also beautiful as it located in the centre of lake and one can go there only by boat. although it is opened for tourists and hence one can only see it from outside. other centres of attraction are birla mandir which is fully made up of white marble and its interior is very beautifully designed. govind dev ji temple is another centre of attraction for hindu devotees. jantar mantar is a totally scientific place which was designed by raja jai singh. it is an exemplary example of our knowledge in our in solar system and astrology. the sun dial located in jantar mantar still works very accurately and tell us the exact time location and weather forecast. I would like to rate this city as 5 star and I wish that everyone should atleast visit once to this beautiful city of rajasthan.
