Hi I have placed an order online. Some seller called me saying he can't provide me my product. He promised me a compensation of 500 rs So total refund amount is 8400/-. I spoke to customer service for my refund Spoke to Mr Shrivastav & Mr. Anand. They r highly unprofessional and hang up the p...hone. I have spoken to customer service for 37 time been on the call 8 hour n 42 minutes n 11 seconds I wonder how is amazon running business if they don't understand customer service and can't delivery a single product highly irresponsible staff n customer service on the higher level. Executive level is must supportive and they but don't have any authority. Who is going to compensate my time and my mobile bill and the efforts I put to experience. To all your staff. These guys r highly unprofessional n running their business on our money. Big cheats. We should boycott them. They tempt many people by showing low prices but they take our money and don't deliver it to us. We shud not get attracted to such deals. They are simply unethical.
