I have been given a run around for my tata sky connection. The customer service people are liars. They hang up the phone.
Customer ID 1027125184The guy Vishnu and Nambiar have wierd accents and are unable to understand. A girl name saraswati assured that something will happen but my tata sky is not working and I have not got my refund yet. Unless and until l I do not get my refund I will not recharge and will not pay for a single penny.
there was misleading information given by the tata sky executives and now they have disconnected my services. So I am not going to give them the set top box back as they have lied and cheated. These guys are frauds. Do not take tata sky at all.
