Hey Sarah, they do that; they either give you some chocolates or give you 100 bucks discount, but infibeam is still the crappiest site ever!! @monty_22, yes Monty... i really dont know why they are ignoring the easier part; there are companies who give good service inspite of having a crap product, and these guys, who take so much of a premium, end up with this kind of a mess. And that reminds me, Octavia is supposedly the ONLY Skoda vehi...cle which has been consistently having the best maintenance remarks from the owners. You dont ever need to spend on any other thing other than oil topup and wear-and-tear. And when i was just thinking to move to it, i got to know they have stopped Octavia to boost Laura sales, and now Octavia 2 is nothing but a Laura in disguise! Bad timing for me I guess!
