There hasn't been problem yet. If possible, check where the machine got manufactured. Made in Europe or turkey quality is good. I don't know if they started making in China. Also buy only if you are in metro cities where they have good service. Drum breakage may have been installation issue and faul...t of guy who comes for installation. There are four bolts that have to secure the drum and make sure platform on which machine is kept is even. If machine shakes, then installation was not proper. I'd suggest to talk to showroom and ask for the most knowlegable person to come for installation.Read More

Till now, no issues with the machine. Using it almost everyday. No degradation in performance as of now. I'll update the review if I get any issues. Never had to call customer support. They came for installation and then a quick check and were friendly. I can't speak of Delhi and Blr though. If you ...are planning to buy for non-metro cities, RBS may not provide support. But check with them first.Read More

It has been 14 months now and no issues till now. It has been performing well. A few care - please clean the coin collector every month (this is at right side bottom of your machine). The rubber rib will have some dirt after every wash, clean it at least twice a week. Occasionally, clean the machine... with colin so that it looks new.Read More

Yeah, the price might have gone up. My sales rep was telling that price is going to increase after 14-Aug-08 because of import duties. That's why I had to go in office hours and buy the machine. In addition, I bargained some amount and delivery charges as this was the last piece left. But again, buy... the machine if you like it. 2-3k shouldn't make much difference over long run.Read More

Thanks for your comment. If Airtel can't set benchmark in customer service and its product offering, then I don't think any other company would. In US, you get broadband 10 times faster, wireless, fairly good customer service and all in $30 bill, which is too low compared to cost of living there. I ...hope India should open up the broadband market for foreign players, like they did for cellular market. Hope to see better future.Read More
