Unfortunate ... they did held good promise.. the same issue on lack of collection at branches has been brought up by mutliple folks in their facebook page and even in their blog also. Seems like with increasing branches, they are just rotating their collection from here to there. So, some of their o...lder branches are taking the hit.
Considering that they are the most expensive amongst the existing crop of libraries, they probably would need to buckle up soon...

It breaks my heart to update this review.. I went here twice more and the quality is steadily declining (as it is with most of the promising restaurants).. They have taken out one of their primarys USPs , good wine.. they have kept some average ones just to earn margins from their firangi clientele...... The food is also average, but with the high pricing, it can be easily skipped... How sad !!.. i hope the owners sees this and doesnt go the route of a florentine in Koramangala (recently closed)Read More

@nawar - The business model on which most online companies work is by doign variations in the pricing of a product. They will give you a great offer one day and the next day they will remove the same. Actually, its the same with retail stores also, just that logistics prevent them from doing it as o...ften as the online companies.. But, the question to be asked is ''did they charge you more than what they offered you at the time of payment''? If they did that you should go to the consumer court. Thats cheating.. But, in this case, it seems like you were unlucky not to purchase it at the time when the offer was in place.. So, there doesnt seem to be any fooling ... do you agree ? @Navin - can understand your frustration after seeing a ''can happen in dreams only'' offer for a phone .. I dont think you did anything wrong in ordering the same from a well known company and expecting to get it delivered to you. But, calling flipkart cheats may be an extreme reaction. It feels li...ke a genuine pricing error which happens with the best of the online companies. In 2009, amazon.com had the same issue with a popular product and they cancelled all the orders when it came to light. What you should look at is that they were very prompt in informing you as soon as possible and cancelling the order. But, they could have given you a store credit for the error as a goodwill gesture.. That would have been the perfect gesture from them.

very sad that a restaurant with such a good potential (good food) will run aground due to lack of an 'acceptable' customer service. Generally, this happens due to lack of oversight. The owner would have stopped coming over and left it to the waiters and a 'manager' to handle. Hopefully, the owner se...es it and takes corrective action. I think I have taken a personal interest over librarywala. I was looking at their ratings.. Seems like 2 is a default rating..
