I wrote a review about bad experience on 13-Sept. Later got another pathetic service from them. So wated to write another review. But didn't know mouthshut allows only one review per product. So my previous review got wiped away with my new review. TOO BAD of mouthshut

Hello Sir / Madam,
I am deeply dis-satisfied with your service. This is the second time I am having problem with your service.
This time, the item which is supposed to delive...red to me on 5th-Oct is not delivered and the status in the order page says, 'Undelivered As Customer Not Available'.
I am waiting for this delivery from the time I got an SMS (at 11.39AM). I was sitting in my home to receive the parcel. Not gone anywhere. I even called your customer support number at around 7PM to check why it was not delivered. Your representative gave a big lecture of there might be some un-foreseen difficulties like huge traffic / rain. I requested him to atleast inform the delivery boy that I am waiting. So that he can tell me when it will be delivered. Your customer support executive is notoriously bad. Sorry to say this. He told me to wait until the delivery boy returns to the facility for giving me a proper reason.
At the end I am shown 'Customer not available'. though I am waiting in my home all day.
I would be glad if you could clarify the following to me:
1. I have given my mobile number. Why your delivery boy didn't give me a call ?
2. I got the SMS mentioning the item will be delivered by 7PM today. But your call center representative doesn't consider it as a commitment/promise from flipkart. Please note, because of this SMS notification, I am waiting all day to collect the item. Without going out for work. Does flipkart think the customers are jobless and can be taken for granted ?
3. Why flipkart makes me the culprit for shopping with them ?
4. When the item will be delivered to me ? I am really shocked to see 'customer unavailable' statement. So I lost hope of getting it delivered on time. Instead it might get delivered whenever flipkart wishes to. If so I would like to cancel the order. Please let me know what is yourRead More

Yes. Flipkart is becoming worst. I had a very bad experience once. But still went for it next time. And got beaten again. I have written a review for the first bad experience. This time, I am adding a comment here since it matches with my experience.
I ordered Electric Shaver on 4th-Oct. Order no.... OD21004100601. And next day I got an SMS and email confirmation saying it is out for delivery. Hence my order is closed from their end. I was pleasantly surprised since their web page (while ordering) said delivery time as 3-4 working days. So waited all day without success. At around 7 PM, I called their call center to know the status. The person said, they can't deliver today. And since next day is bundh followed by Sunday, it can be delivered only by Monday. i.e.., 3 days after getting the SMS. I asked him, why they sent SMS confirmation. Is it for fun and not a commitment from flipkart. He said, they will try their best to deliver. I asked him to inform the deliver boy to atleast call me to inform when it will be delivered. But he declined. And said, he will put a notice (remember they don't take complaints) in their system for my order. I requested him to make the note as I say. He declined and said, their pupil and system will not understand my words. And I should write them a mail with my words. I replied saying, please mention 'promise' word. He declined. I argued saying, don't tell me that your system and pupil doesn't understand the word promise. Later he agreed and I asked him to write the note as, 'Customer was promised via SMS that the item will be delivered today. If the promise is not kept, he would like to cancel the order'. After that, I asked him to repeat it. To make sure he wrote it as-is. He read out the same to me. So I think they can take my note.
After an hour, I checked in their web page. It said, 'Not delivered. Customer is unavailable'. This is atrocious. I am waiting for the order in my home ALL day. But they say, I am not availaRead More

Correct review. Recently got into another worst experience. For one of the EU country VISA, my brother-in-law went to consulate (New delhi) with 6 months bank statement. He has a/c in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. However the consulate has asked for a statement from bank stating a/c has 600 Euro's or mor...e (equivalent INR). He went and requested in Cannaught circus branch. They said, thou the Andhra bank a/c are equal to national a/c(s). Not tied to specific branch, they cannot issue. Instead if the Indiranagar branch manager just calls him and say issue, he will do that. but the Indira nagar branch manager refused to call. Saying there is no such process to inform other branches to issue certificates. He is utterly egoistic. finally, I got the certificate and posted to Delhi. Coz of this, 4 days were lost. It is just a matter of telling Cannaught Circus branch manager to say, he has enough amount. please issue. which he didn't do. PATHETIC person.Read More
