I spoke to a buyer on ebay before making a purchase. He had 800+ positive feedback and around 23 -ve feedback. I clearly asked him that i'm buying a television worth 80k and would want to be sure that i'm dealing with a genuine person and wanted to know the reason for his -ve feedback. He accepted ...that out of 23 he was at fault for 5 as due to some reasons he couldn't ship. For rest he said people couldn't wait and left feedback. If you want a good deal get good patience as well. Yebhi is a wonderful online retailer and certainly cares for it's clients. Write a mail to contact center if customer care isn't able to answer. But from my experiences i know they have well mannered and professional people at their call center apart from one lady who once went rude to me. I disconnected the call and got connected to another guy who was happy to help. Above all i had been recommending Yebhi as it is really good people! I'm not getting anything personal out of here, just sharing my personal experiences to make other people's experience better. Once i ordered a Non Stick Kadhai from Yebhi which got damaged in transit. I called up customer support and reported this. Within next 3 days a reverse pickup was arranged by Yebhi from Bluedart and my money was refunded in 7 days time along with a new discount coupon. Why shouldn't i recommend Yeb...hi!!! I have shopped since 2010 and not a single product till date came out to be non-genuine. They asked me once that what was the problem and why did i want to return. The phone rocks for me for almost an year now! If you are facing problems with the device freezing on you, may be it's time you upgraded your ROM unless and until you dropped your phone enough times to cause some damage to hardware. Upgrade to Jelly Bean and see the magic. My devices runs like... blaze and Apple Iphone, i would bury it 6 feet under. I got an iPad 3 for 28k last month. I feel like i was the biggest fool. Now i'm offering to sell it but can't find a buyer to offer good price because within 1 month of my purchase Apple release a new generation and claims the new processor is twice faster than my iPad 3's processor. How many positive reviews have you written in your entire life? I wish Yebhi pays me for writing good things, but unfortunately i have other important things to do. IMHO they should stop shipping to WB. Once i got an item coming from US. The customs held it just to eat money. They wanted me to ...come in person. I hired an agent to get my stuffs off custom. Same item arrived through Delhi without any hassle and was delivered to my door step. People, usually come to platforms like moutshut when something goes wrong. Check this guys posts and see how many positive feedbacks has he written. I have lived in WB and know about the taxes in most of NE states. They demand octroi, Entry Tax and what all tax.LOL!!
