Voltas doesn't have its own service centers. They have a tie up with cheap private service centers who don't have proper service engineers. One of the boys told us that they dont even get their salary for months. One of the service person who was a little senior was telling the junior not to atte...nd complaints as the service center was not distributing salaries for months. So, even if these service people visit to the customers complaint, they are not able to rectify the problem because of very low professional knowledge and lack of interest.Read More

Thanks for showing concern Rajesh. The PCB of the unit is faulty. I have mentioned that in my review. There is no problem of gas leakage. I have written several mails to GM sales Mr. KD Virmani, and CC to other higher people in Voltas but all in vain. They turned deaf ears. Sorry, but you ha...ve a misconception that Voltas is at par with Hitachi. Hitachi is atleast Rs 4000 costlier and has value for money which Voltas doesn't. Had I known that earlier I would have bought that certainly . But its better than LG / Samsung as their units face gas leakage more often than Voltas. I pray that both your ACs work fine otherwise you will also taste the bitter side of Voltas service. Thanks!! :)Read More
