@danishshaikh612 Yes I add some sugar also not much but little for taste I recommend you to drink the proteinX after your workout or any sports activity because it tastes better when your body actually need some fuel and also you can get most out of it.Taking about the flavour I only go for original..., I had tried vanilla and chocolate also but I didn't like them much.
