Hello, After i have experienced pathetic service from Big Basket i have received a call from Ricardo and he apologised what ever happened and said this will not happen again. I placed an order ( Order # 86729) believing him this time it was more worse 1. I have placed an order avoc...ado 500 gms they delivered 250 gms and charged for 500 gms 2. I have placed an order for mixed sprouts and instead they have sent me horse gram sprouts. 3. I have placed an order for tong garden 50 gms Wasabi green peas 50 gms pack of 2 sent 30 gms and charged for 50 gms 4. I have placed an order for Lo real shampoo which comes with free conditioner they have sent me the shampoo which comes without conditioner. This is worst service from big basket 15 mts before the order is about to be delivered they send an sms saying 2 of the items are not available and cannot be delivered. This is worst and pathetic service from them it is clear case of cheating if you have purchased from Big Basket please check the quantity and the item delivered. Regards HarishRead More
