I have placed an order with Big Basket order number: BBFO-74247-191012. Delivery person came with my order to deliver my items purchased he was giving the form to get signed I was a little bit skeptical. I checked the number of items one item was missing.
Delivery person called the customer service he says that item is not available when they know that item is not available why do they charge for that item knowingly. I told them fine when item is not available why haven't you people informed me and I gave an option for them to deliver the missing item or same item of different company by EOD if it is extra price I will pay but he says we can't do that we will refund the amount. I have told the delivery guy to take all the items back.
They did a mistake by charging for an item which was not in the delivery and they are more interested in cancelling the order rather than servicing the customer.
They have not informed me that item is not available
They tried to charge for an item which they are not delivering
Customer service is hopeless people don't even know how to speak with customers
This is a clear case of cheating, I caution people who ever wants to buy from Big Basket.
