Did you know that ZOVI has a 30 Day No Questions Asked return policy? In case you are not satisfied, you can easily return the product (and also provide your feedback) and they will refund your money AND collect it from your place. Did you try doing that? It's easy to give a 1 star rating :P

It is unfortunate that your product didn't get delivered in time, but I don't think the second part of refunding money is true - ZOVI has always initiated refunds promptly without any hassles, which is one of the main reasons why I feel safe to buy from there.
