You must be really stupid to buy fro this builder. The reason all the flats were sold was because they lurred buyers in with an attractive offer. Now when they were 9 months past scheduled delivery date they have hiked the price up saying escalation costs by nearly 60 %. IN other words they attract ...buyers , build it on their money and then in the end thraten them to pay more or cancel their apartments. if you are thinking that they will give penalty for delay then think again . if you have missed the timeline of any demand note even by a day they will not give you anything.

And asking more than 50% of the basic cost as escalation charges though it is against agreement to sell. Now there are few hundred cou...rt cases filed against developers by flat allottees.Read More
