SO TRUE, Managers do what region tells them. Overtime is received only in case when employee works continuously for minimum 5 days in continuation.

Correct, Ericsson Network Engineering is ONLY department that has onsite and it is NOT allowed to keep employees at onsite for more than 6 months...

Agree, Too Much Politics and Very Little work. NO Work Culture, everything works at will of Region. Managers are PAID SLAVES of Region.
