I feel this review is:
Offshore Company: No onsite. All work is 200% done at Offshore. No filing of H1 Visa.
Old Technologies: No upgrades in technologies versions. Usually accounts for 5 years with no shifting to new accounts possible(you have to live in same account). You get old with product versions, and only way to learn new versions/products is to exit the company
Cost Cutting: No Critical Hour Support. Costly Company Cabs. No Overtime. Salary hikes 4-7% max.
You are expected to work over the weekends.
