i raised the request for the disconnection as i had left the house in which i am living . they registered the complaint. and now after that they are calling me again and again for why i am discoonecting their service and when i tell them i had left the place but they are gain and gain requesting me... tro either shift the connection to the new renter of the place or to transfer the connection and when i said i donot have the rent agrreement, they are forcing me to have one , how could you live without it and when i again call their customer care for finding wheher tata broadband service is available to my new location or not they tell they did not have, when i said this to the call recived from their team to my request of cancellation they area still requesting me to transfer the connection to some one else. till now it is 11 days and the connection is still on. this is how their customer support. in this respect airtel is best when i raised the complaint the next day their executive came and ask me the reason and take the note opf me undersigned that i ma discoonection their service due to this reason and within 1 hour of that the connection is discoonected, and they did not even charge for the days after which i have raised the request.Read More
