I am hoping that someone from ARAMEX would explain the meaning of their OVERNIGHT PARCEL service. Why they are not changing the type of shipment when they are unable to deliver even local parcels in less than 2-3 days.

Hello Percy, Thanks for the response! I have received my parcel from Delhi to Bangalore finally after 5 days. Issue however was not about the non-delivery of the parcel. It is the DELAYS that are really bothering me. I can see the same problem is being highlighted by lot of fellow members here a...s well. I wonder why it would require 5 days for a parcel to reach Bangalore from Delhi. Also, why is this service named as 'Overnight Parcel'?
