ARAMEX takes its own sweet time to deliver the parcels booked under "Overnight Parcel" service. Very often customer care is clueless about the status of the shipment. There are no timely status updates and hence order tracking is not at all useful most of the times. They keep the parcel at their offices unnecessarily for long times and hence causing significant delays in the delivery time. I would strongly suggest people to NOT TO USE ARAMEX for any of your urgent needs. Else, you would definitely suffer.
It is 5th day and my'Overnight Parcel' from Delhi to Bangalore still has not reached me. They kept moving the parcel within their Bangalore offices itself for the last 2 days. Not sure when it will be out for delivery. I am sure India Post does a much better job than ARAMEX. I took time to write this review to help others who are planning to use ARAMEX to tell them NOT TO USE ARAMEX.
Hope ARAMEX management listens to its customers voice and takes some strong corrective measures to improve the quality and reliability of its services. And I hope online portals like eBay, HomeShop18, etc. quit using ARAMEX for deliveries and save us from these troubles.
I REQUEST ALL TO QUIT USING ARAMEX AND TEACH THEM AND OTHERS LIKE THEM A GOOD LESSON!
