Great! Nothing better can happen when you buy something from such a site- 'YEBHI.COM'
The day I posted this complaint on Mouthshut, I got a call from Yebhi the very next morning. The person told me that they will take care of this and will refund the amount to my account. This person also replied... on Mouthshut (Corporate Reply). I was waiting for them to do something. I logged into their site to get any update. Now, they wanted my Bank A/C details to refund the money. I provided them with the same. After some days, their website claimed 'Status : Refunded through NEFT'. I was a FOOL TO BELIEVE THEM and I never checked my account. This whole scenario took place before 2-3 Weeks. Today, I checked my account for the refund and can see no refund being made.
Cheers Yebhi! you were successful in making me fool once again. I gave my last try by calling their Customer Care Number. The Executive wanted me to mail my account statement to them. Man, don't you think its enough? I paid using my Credit Card, refund to my knowledge means refund to the same card. You wanted my Bank A/C details, I gave you. Now, you want my account statement? What else do you need my banking id and password? For 799 you want everything? Thank God its 799, what if it was more? Wish I had time to sue you guys at Consumer Court.
So, once again, it’s my HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL BUYERS PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE TRAPPED.
