My first order (YBH3647407) on Yebhi.com had 2 T-Shirts and a Ferrari Men Deodorant. The T-Shirts arrived after few days but to my surprise there was no Deo. I called up their Customer Care number and the guy told me that it will take 15 Days for them to arrange the item. He guided me to place on there page (which is almost invisible) which says 'In Stock - Ships in 10-15 days'. I cancelled the order than and there. The money came back to my wallet.
Now I had to spend this money. But I didn't require any thing at that point of time. So, I ordered another Ferrari Men Deodorant (YBH3682784) adding another 99 Rs to the previous value. This item also had the same almost invisible line 'In Stock - Ships in 10-15 days' mentioned on the page. That was my biggest mistake to believe them again. This time I kept cool and waited for them to arrange the item. But to my surprise AFTER 25 DAYS OF WAITING, I received a mail which read 'This electronic notification confirms that your Refund has been done successfully'. Man, you kidding me?
I haven't asked for any refund. I called up the customer service number. The guy said it has been refunded as their vendor is not able to provide the item. I asked them to return the money to my Credit Card. The guy said it won't be possible as I had made a partial payment using my wallet. I have to buy something with the money. Man, this is already a replacement, how many replacement you want.
MAN I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU, NOT ANYMORE. HELL, GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
But, nothing is helping. And the best part even when they are not able to process my 25 days old order as their so called Vendor is unable to to supply them, their website still says 'In Stock - Ships in 10-15 days'. What a joke!
So, it's my HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL BUYERS PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE TRAPPED.
