I had the same problem...I had three connections...I refused to pay the bill for the connection they had charged extra, which is INR 2235 for two days of internet usage on my cell phone!!! I asked for explanation or atleast an itemised bill, which they blatantly refused. I continued paying my bills ...for my other two connections regularly for three months. Subsequently they disconnected all three numbers. I would understand if they did it for the one I did not pay but what what about the the ones I did pay for? They started sending me legal notices threatening to take legal action. I have decided NOT to pay the falsely outstanding bill...NO MATTER WHAT. We are not living in some autocratic system where BS can be shoved down our throat. We have our rights and everybody big and small ought to learn to respect each other.Read More
