I agree - there were too many twist and turns and one twist falsify the the previous ones, thats bad. You cannot take the story to different level just by showing something else in one shot and changing it complete in another. Not worth watching

Prerna, I tried using Vodaphone as well, but thats even worse. The network is bad and on top of that their executives arent informed of many offers, sometime leading to wrong recharge values etc. So I Have switched back to Airtel. Their coverage is too good. May be if they work a little more on thei...r customer support and less on paying cricketers (for Ads), it will pay off :)Read More

Thanks to all you have put some useful comments. Yes now i avoid buying any electronic items online, though buying those in US and UK is both safe and cheap.

I completely agree with what you wrote. The problem is these people are in the service industry and do not know the value of customer service. Further, they are given targets to meet and they have to do so by hook or by crook. I guess its the time for management to step in and issues guidelines to i...ts employees. I guess we do not have proper cyber laws, else the sites like these are shut in 2 days..we arent against HOMEShop18, but the problem is why cant you take off the site until you are 100% of providing quality service?

I stand by you Pradeep. Online experience was very horrifying. I guess the customer service executive are 12th pass with no formal training, they are giving fixed formatted text to speak with no sense of service or how to deal with situations outside the given fixed formats.

problem is we do not have proper cyber laws, else sites like these and indiatimes will be sued like anything for misleading and cheating customers. Look out for my indiatimes experience, they are step ahead.

Mr. Amit kumar, first of all you dun have all rights to comment on my experience and I have all good reasons and proofs to prove beyond doubt that I had a bad experience. I can still show 100s of errors of the site. Seems like u r some employee or associate of that company and trying to defend that.... No doubt u might have recd mp3 player in 3 days but shopping experience is shit. If u find that very good, wake up, its 2007 and not 1996. if site is still in beta stage, they should write BETA. You cannot open a shop, which still has constructions going on, especially checkout areas (payment)

This is what they did. I made payment of 500 (as bid deposit) via net banking on 11jan and then 6749 via net banking again on 13th jan after i won the bid. As said in my earlier comment I had to chase them up to give the status and then after 15 days of follow up , they finally cancelled my order an...d put the status as 'Refund'. But they just refunded only Rs. 500 and not the other amount. I was quite busy to notice that and it was brought to notice by my accountant. When i called their call center, he asked for transaction # etc. I said WHAT THE HELL. I have already given my Order #, and no where on the site they had any transaction #. I mean i feel pity for these people, do they know how to run business? Finally they emailed saying it will take 5 days to get back to me. So what would you call them? Cheaters!!!!!!!!!!!1Read More

Well, I guess they dunno how an online ecommerce business work. I pity sponsors/brands who advertise on their site. I m still waiting for refund of my order, which they cancelled without giving any reason!

Adding more feather to the continued harrassment, i never received reply to my complain online. I called and i was given a complain #. 3 days after i again called and i was asked to repeat my problem. Do these call center executives write the problem on a piece of toilet paper which is then used in ...the toilet and not for resolving the problem. And again I was given a new complain #, though this time Some MR.SUMIT really showed concern on whats going on. I agree with you manish... as such we dun have proper cyber laws. But why do these people have to build somthing or make it live for visitors when it has so many borken loop and holes.
