Hi All, I came to thank MouthShut & one person of ICICI who replied on this review and given one email id for correspondence. My problem of refund was resolved though it took around 6 months.

Hi Elixir, i would say better open RD account with a post office or with other govt. bank. It'll give u better rates & security. ICICI bank opened my SB account with Rs 2000/month RD for zero balance a/c, in June 2008. In June 2009, I thought of quitting RD then i visited the branch & that day i c...ame to know that no lead was generated for my RD & hence no benefits can be availed.
