Dear Hatevsoft, I am not sure why you have landed in such perception. I have been working with VSoft over the past 3 years and i did not feel the same at any point of time. Every job or process or method have challenges and you have to be capable enough to understand the depth and gravity of it.... I do not agree with the word that there is NO PROCESS. I have my own team and i make sure a process has been set and run accordingly towards it. As SANDEEP1096 said No job is cheap and every job has its own dignity. Thanks sebanto for your comments. I would have appreciated if the dealer had helped us in the first case. Instead the dealer apprehended and wanted us to speak to the LG customer care before them and explain them the problem ...which is nothing but a repetition of story.
