First - With Jet making you wait for 20 minutes inspite of being a Silver member, I seriously doubt their capabilities at treating their most regular customers expeditiously. There should be a special number for Silver/ Platinum/ Gold customers!! Second - very pedestrian and callous service by the... call center agent. If the agent handling the phone call does not have authority to do so, then at least they should have the COURTESY to quickly transfer to someone who can talk sense and get something done, rather than asking to book another ticket!! I think after the demise of KingFisher - Jet airways is anyway bound to make profit and so they have stopped caring about setting things right for customers. Short term thinking - for a long term damage! Soooo looking forward to the Tatas starting an airline - some serious customer churn would drill some sense into Jet's customer service ... or so we hope!! The least they should do is issue the tickets for free to assuage the customer in this case!!Read More
