Dear Team Pepperfry,
What you mean by if there any??? Is that something that I am lying here? Please check your call record and let me know boss! The ordered product on 16th October was suppose to deliver by 28th October as per your confirmation mail earlier and received wrong commitments again ...and again from your call centre team and received the product on 12th November, which nobody intimated me ever, what else concerns do you required to raise voice against your concern team???
and Team Pepperfy one suggestion, please stop searching & then collecting the customer ordered products if available from open market, after collecting the payments from customers may help you out to deliver all the products in time!...and please don't required any thanks from your side for this feedback, just try to implement some new strategy for the same, and please train your Call Center team not to say this 'a traditional way' rubbish!
Really worst online service ever face in my life time till date from whole team! and dear all viewers requesting all of you if you have enough monitory support and enough patience to make the whole payment in advance and wait for about a month without any confirmation from the organization side then surely go for this online site otherwise think twice before shopping through pepperfry.com/Read More

Dear Team Pepperfry sorry is not the solution of wasting time and for wrong commitments again and again by your team! The order of bedsheet booked on 16th October getting delivered on 12th November its really ridiculous!

Somebody gives some wrong information and wrong commitments one day & next day when I calls other guy is asking for the apology only ...but again giving the wrong commitment only!
