Pleas read the mentioned points carefully before booking any package with MMT. That will save you lot of time and reduce stress

It is so unforutnate that you neighter took time nor shown interest in reaching out to me , to even understand the challenges faced. You felt closing the case was the right thing to do. The concen raised by me on Twitter was about one particular hotel in Manali ( I have sent the details and photogra...phs to valueplus@makemytrip.com, as it was a ValuePlus Hotel of MMT), which was anyway not resolved but I had left it. I thought you would be interested in knowing the overall feedback, rather than brusing it aside. As expected, you seem to be caring very little.
While I will not agree to the words 'Valuing the business and assuring best of services', as mentioned in your email asking for feedback, ( on whcih I responded to including feedforward@makemytrip.com) I have loads of feedback to give on the entire trip, including the interaction from the beginning, how the entire transaction was dealt with, inordinate delays from your side in responding quickly which lead to selected properties being unavailable, so many follow-ups I had to do with your "Travel Expert", vouchers not being provided till the last date, you not being aware of unsafe vehicle that was being provided ( Breaks of the vehicle failed on the second day of travel), you not being aware of vehicle that was being provided did not have valid permit and papers , challenges with the properties etc...Read More

Thanks Sumit and Mayurace2. Your comments helped me settle down a bit, as I could not get much info on the Internet or even from Any Time Maruti.
But, will we get a re-sale value, if we choose to change?

Now as we have seen the news of Zen Estilo being phased out, it is a sure negative on Maruti. They have shattered the faith of many by this decision. Hope someone is listening
