Dear Mitul, I am also using computers and laptops and know that the spin sound comes from the disk drive. So obviously if i am commenting on it then it must be some different sound. And one more thing they give you u full return only if you approach for it withing 21 days of purchase not after that.... Thanks buddy, i got the logic of quarter end issue.. they made me also halt in that month by making wrong commitment of waiver for their poor service and then denied to accept their commitment and shamelessly said no waiver will be given, if u want to retain the connection on Airtel’s terms and cond...itions then ok otherwise u can cancel the connection and their executives were so rude and rough in talking while i really gave the cancellation request. In all these i lost the Tata Indicom's good scheme for 1month free and that is again loss of Rs.1100. And now shamelessly they are calling for bill payments.. Another irritating thing of A'tel is that for any issue everytime one other person will call and will ask ur problem and will ask for the time for a day.. next day again new executive.. in that way u will be frustrated and so long time will go that by that time u will have new complaints against them.. now u will be confused how many things u will convince them. And billing dept. will not be concerned bout anything going on.. they are like "Jallad"...Read More

Even if you will get the connection, there wont be any quality service committed by that sales guy.. they will say it is not there how can we give you? Then they will take that guy in conference and will tell him that it is not there..
finish.. thats all .. u r trapped and they are not bound t...o any commitment... if you want to continue, u can or else u lose the installation charges and all.. they will happily disconnect ur line if u want..Read More

I think you are an Airtel employee and writing so much good about it on behalf of Airtel itself...
Or you may have more worst experiece with other providers as I've with Airtel..
That means no one is good... sale sab chor hai...
and there are no rules to control them...

Don't go for Airtel, even after giving u connection they wont follow any of the commitments done by them.. after that when u will ask to disconnect the line they will give u waiver of some amount if u are ready to retain the connection but that wont be updated there and while again after few day you... will inquire about the waiver they will say, nothing was committed by us. And atlast while u will ask again to disconnect the line, they will happily discoonect it.Read More
