I don't know which is the wrong place that 'lady luck' has mentioned. is it the 'service center!!!!' the first point of contact for any company is their service centers and that is what i have done. If we are not satisfied with service centers then we can escalate to response@onida.com, which is ...what i have done and got resolved my problem..... If every thing has to be reported to 'response@onida.com', Imagine in India there are many common people who does not have internet access at all...? where will they go..? Should they have roam around with the service centers like these( even for a simple problem). Read More
