It was a dream come true, when I finally picked up the keys of my alpine white beamer 3 series - a G20 330i M Sport(2019) - the 7th generation 3 series, on the 2nd of October 2019.Delivered by EVM Autokraft, Kochi, the booking and delivery of the vehicle took hardly a weeks time. This model was l...Read more

I beg to disagree on this matter - it is still one of the best looking compact SUVs in India - it would any day steal the show besides the Breeza, which looks like an old hag with a heavy rear end. The ecosport still has that sprightly look with the fine lines and right curves here and there making ...it one of the best designs available in Indian cars. Read More

that sounds like a copy of the automotive reviews put up at the time of the launch of the first model of ecosport. would be nice if you could have put in your personal comments regarding the car. Moreover i would beg to differ regarding the 1.5 diesel engines power - it has been bumped up with retun...ing of the 1.5 diesel engine about 7-8 months back and the new ecosport diesel 1.5 almost has 100 BHP power unlike the earlier model which had 89 BHP as mentioned in the review put up here Read More

Having sold my previous car, a Linea - I was left without a vehicle for my daily commutation and the urge being a desire to go for a small sporty car after having experienced the burden of maintaining a low slung, underpowered medium sized sedan. you got it all wrong my dear friend - this is a site to post REVIEWS. you should call your nearest motor vehicle agent who should be able to provide you with all the information regarding transfer of registration. upto 15 years following the phasing out of a cars production the company is liable to ...make the spare parts available in the market - if it is not available locally try it out in Bangalore or the local sardarji should be able to get anything ready for you given the speciifcationsRead More

that is true - they are not entertaining the old members, leave alone transfer of membership. i had written to them regarding revival of my old membership and they are yet to reply to me after this visit i have mentioned above. they obviously dont want their old members to continue with them - they ...are looking out for enticing new members so that they could again fool around with the money they collect from new members and repeat the misappropriation they had done a decade and half back. i have completed 25000 kms on my Linea emotion pack - diesel. as mentioned the clutch upgrade was done promptly in my car too. the front suspension bush has failed (first on the right front wheel when it had just covered less than 20000 kms and the left front wheel just before reaching 25000) - this... is probably due to the nose heavy nature of the vehicle with the diesel engine weighing on the heavier side along with the poor road conditions we drive on. The car has become extremely smooth on approachig the 25K mark and i love driving it all the more now - last week a co passenger was commenting on how quiet the cabin is inspite of it being a diesel vehicle. returns a good mileage of around 14 in the city and 20 or there about on long drives. dont have the heart to part with the car. At this price you cant get anything better running on four wheels - I am very sure of that, inspite of all the detrimental talks about FIAT.Read More

wonderful job done - with some in depth research done before emerging onto writing a review. myself being a car-crazy man, i have observed almost all that you have mentioned up there when i test drove the buggy myself and helped one of my colleagues to make up his mind to go in favour of this car - ...which he finally did purchase. he says that it is not meant for long drives (probably so because of the poor ride quality that the back seat passengers experienced), you have also mentioned the same.Read More

fiat spares do take time to procure on short notice - but some of these service centers are obliging and they get them from some nearby towns. having owned a Palio and later a Linea Diesel emotion pack, i never have had to regret buying these cars - i have posted my reveiws regarding both a couple o...f years back. with the Linea i have completed 23000 kms - and am still in love with the beauty, that i call a beast. the low ground clearance is what affords it the stability at high speeds. Autocar last week again came up saying that the drive and comfort of a LINEA compared to CITY, Sx4, Fluence, the new Fiesta is the best ever since its launch.Read More

very unfortunate Mr.Kiran - my empathy on this. but i really appreciate the fact that you have still that heart to stand by the FIAT car. i myself am one who owned a Palio earlier and at present am the proud owner of a LINEA EMOTION PACK diesel. the service has to be done by only people who know the... Fiat cars - if not they can spoil the vehicle. Fortunately in Cochin we have the concorde motors who are reasonably good in their work and i have seen Palio owners drive down 70 to 100 kms to Cochin to get their vehicles serviced by these people. whatever good the Maruti or Honda owners have to say - i would strongly stand by FIAT. the built and the chasis or the suspension can never be compared with any of these delicate darlings and the driving comfort ones tasted one would never shy away from european cars.Read More

very unfortunate - but why dont you try getting your car repaired with another dealer or service centre near - i am sure there are a few other alternatives. such experiences would definitely make other prospective customers of the vehicle wonder as to whether one should go for the car at all. shame ...on the dealers who have made life difficult for their customers, who reach out to them to buy a premium car - if one could call it that. i am a proud owner of a linea myself - but my experience has been otherwise, touch wood. i did have a problem with my front right suspension after clocking nearly 15000 kms on the odometer - and that was dutifully put right on warranty (free of charges) as soon as the part was obtained by the dealers - which took a few weeks and the work was done in a days time. i get my work done at Concorde motors. they are quite professional in their dealings.Read More

i had my clutch upgrade done with the Concorde motors - they had called me up to inform me about this and i had to take the car over to the service centre - as mentioned it takes just a few hours for the job to be done. not that i had any problem with it even earlier. the gear shift is quite smooth ...eversince i have bought it. i feel you should get the job done without much difficulty - really sorry to note the problem you had in the middle of a journey. it would be nice if you could describe the issue - so that we could be on the look out for any similar hitches.Read More

my emotion pack diesel bought in July,2009 also has covered 12000 plus Kms in the last one year and a month - after the second service the mileage appeared to drop (probably after the oil and filter change) during the first 200 kms run within the city. but then i had two long runs where the mileage ...again shot up to 21 Km/lt - the power appears to be better and the drive smoother. often in the third and fourth gears one doesnt feel the grunt of the diesel engine, it is so smooth. highway cruising is thrilling and enjoyable - as this review says i dont feel like parting with my Linea for many years to come - i say that because i owned a Palio for seven years and more, and i feel the same about that beast too.Read More

nothing much about the car has been mentioned here - other than the fact that it is good for long drives and that it is overpriced. that is definitely true - it is priced at par with the next segment vehicles and most probably VW would realize the folly and reconsider this hike of price.

beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder - we here in this forum, who have been proud owners of the fiat linea - feel it is one of the most beautiful cars out on the Indian roads, if not the line ' admiration guaranteed' wouldnt be put out as a advertisement slogan. it is definitely a car with great ...looks and and equally great performance too. you dont get that sort of a car in the below 10 lakh bracket - even the auto magazines are out there to vouch on this opinion.Read More
