Many thanks all for your overwhelming response, it was my pursuit to save my fellow members from falling trap to these unethical business practices. Also for knowledge do a google for 'Club Mahindra pending cases' , you will see pages and pages of complains filed against the company and most ...surprising all for almost the same reason... what is more hurting is that most of the members have provided names of the CM staffers and mails enclosed which clearly demonstrates that CM does not care about its members once they receive the payment... This automated responses from Indira are plain white wash to fool people. I emphatize that she might be doing this out of compulsion and hence no offence against her. If CM is honest they should furnish this facts and keep them open to be audited through govt boby.. I would urge MouthShut to voice customer concerns and initiate legal proceeding against unfair trade practices adopted by CM. SUch a large organization involved in looting peoples money is a shame and honestly they should be put under a legal scanner to ascertain the facts. As for Mannkashinde I would suggest you seek the same responses from CM and decide on future course of action. Atleast I think by not joining I will atleast ensure that one deserving members get his holidays... thanks for all the feedback, Intention was not to be critical, everyone is aware of the difficult times. But I wanted to share my views on what I feel about this mall, it is not that I wish to defame it, infact I actually want this mall to be most succesful mall and improve our shopping e...xperience, I have stayed in Ghatkopar for over 30 years now, and probably I was expecting too much from this mall. I visited mall on 1st day there were lot of people I am not doubting any of these, but i am simply sharimg my views in terms of my experience. I respect individuals view that as this is the 1st mall we should show more patience, I agree with them and that is what I have said my in review that mall will take some time to be fully functional. But let us agree that till last week there are no resturants, they have recently started something near Big Bazaar again I am sure this is makeshift arrangement, I still dont see the food court starting very soon. As someone said that 70000 people visited mall in a day, should basic things like food not be mandatory before launching a mall, even if it soft launch. And it is not that space is not sold, lot of space is being rented out it is just that the launc was hurried, may be it had something to do with numbers and dates. And believe me I am eagerly waiting for the mall to be fully functional and also wish the work on phase also get completed very soon. this is what all this banks do, I have a 13 year old relation with Citi, once due to oversight I underpaid the amount by @ 30 rupees and can you believe in the next statement they charged me a hefty penalty. When I spoke to the personnel he calmly informed that as Citi is going through bad time...s, they would not reverse the charges while they are happy to accept my request for card cancellation.
