Hey Pranav, You should have read their T&C before using. I feel bad for you as you were charged Rs 4000 just for Rs 400. But, that's the way it works. If you can't pay the full outstanding amount before the due date, just pay the minimum amount. Any amount greater than that but less than total outs...tanding will incur same interest as they charge interest on total outstanding if you are even Rs 1 short of total. And Yes,I don't think any bank will call and tell you to pay the Bill. Max they do is send one mail which contains the bill and one message.Read More

Hey Sanju, It seems this was your first Credit card. You need to understand that its a credit and not debit card. For ATM Withdrawals and all you will be charged Cash Advance Fee on any credit card and not only on Axis Credit card. Yes, it is true that there are many T&C for it and its our responsi...bility to understand those before using the product. I am also using this card and many other banks card too. I have not faced any such issues.Read More
