In continuation to earlier comment
when net work operators maintained the 3g speed from 15 to 20 Gb and still there is demand from professinals for 4g to down load huge files,then Goverment has to ask network operators to go for preparation of plans for 4g.
I think they are earning money lowing ...quality .when the quality of system is low the speed will come down to 5gb from 21.7mbps.Rocket will fall in bay of....
I think for most of indians 15 to 20 gb is sufficient.
Now let us ask them to pass 3rd class to permit them to study 4th class.Read More

This comment is not only on idea but also on all other 3g net works.Government of INDIA and its state Governments making plans for 4G net work as noted networks like Reliance etc coming forward to start 4G net work across the country.I couldnot understand why they came up for 4G propsals when they h...ave already failed(UTTER FLAP)in 3rd class(3G net).How can we/Government permits a student into 4th class when he had failed in 3rd class.First the student has to pass 3rd class and his parents are well financed to permit him for 4th class and also there is intension in the family as well as in student to go for 4th class.
The maximum speed in 3g is 21.7mbps.To pass in this 3g(3rd class)they have to give/maintain the speed from 15 to 20mbps in all conditions of weather and peak demand periods.And still there is demand from software professinals and connected institutions which are govenment,, private, universities across the country ,then only the governments have to think about 4g net work.Now the net work operators failed to give the speed from 15 to 20 mbps but they started 4g plans like student wanted to join in 4th class with fail in 3rd class certificate.
This is nothing but correption like 2g scame.shortage of cement in civill works.Duplicate goods ,medicines.
As per observation now the 3g speed is mainained from 3 to 5mbps in cities it may be up to 6or7mbps.It never cross any where above 10 mbps.To pass in 3g they to maintain the speed above 15mbps.
CORREPTION/SCAME:
1 GB cost is Rs 254 when the speed is at 21.7 mbps.as per quality control of ELECTRONICS dept ISI code book and as per their estimate calculation per 1 GB..
Now the speed is from 3to5 gb say 4Gb as average.As per this speed the cost of 3GB is=(4/21.7)/254=Rs 46.82 or Rs47.Let we rounded to Rs50.As per present speed they have to charge only Rs47 per 1gb of 3g net work.How much they are scaming per one gb of 3g?Answer is 254-47=Rs 207.They are mazicking and looting youth.Read More
