I did not criticize Solaris. I know it's a good club. Don't need you to tell me about Solaris. I criticized the Solaris membership that YOU provide. It is not up to the mark. If you had any concern about your customer's convenience, you would have made some kind of arrangement with So...laris to automatically renew membership of regularly going customers, instead of they having to come to your office EVERY month to get new voucher. Customers who do not go regularly may have to re-collect the voucher as and when required. That is understandable. As it stands now, it looks like you don't care about your Solaris club members.
