i also have to face the worst customer service of flipkart. i had recently purchased a computer part for which warranty mentioned on the site was 2 years but the company of the product has refused to honour that warranty and flipkart too has put up their hand

buddy for this 512 Kbps HATHWAY has recently reduced the Fair Usage Policy. that means if u download more than 10 GB per month ur speed will be reduced to 256 and then again increased back from next month. this is total cheating MTNL does not have Fair Usage Policy.
