Please see my comments of 17 Feb 2014 appended below...... I was pleasantly surprised to received a call from Mr Saurabh Sehgal, the unit head of the Pune office of Asian Paints, the very next day along with a very strong reassurance that I will not be disappointed. And I sure am not disappointed at... all...... in fact I'm very happy with the services rendered by Asian Paints Home Solutions, their Sales Advisor Mr Mahesh Paithankar and Relationship Advisors Mr Dipansh and Mr Rakesh, the Asian Paints Colour Consultants Miss Shivangi Jain and Miss Shraddha, and also the Shree Services, Pune, team led by Mr Shivaji Salunkhe. Not only was my entire house painted within the promised 12 days, they also did an excellent job leaving my family and me very happy indeed. The RAs Mr Dipansh and Mr Rakesh visited my house every day, sometimes twice a day, and kept a strict tab on the quality of work. The painters were very skilled and experienced and also cleaned up my house very well. A special word of appreciation for the Colour Consultants, Miss Shivangi Jain and Miss Shraddha, for their excellent recommendations and choice of colours and textures. Thanx Asian Paints for colouring up my home :)
My comments of Feb 17, 2014......... 'I had a meeting with the Asian Paints Home Solution representative in my home in Pashan, Pune, today and was impressed with what he had to offer me. I had planned to go ahead with painting my house through APHS and Colour Consultancy, but after reading the reviews, I'm having second thoughts, especially since the work will be done by Shree Services, the only APHS agency in Pune. Also, I have a very tight schedule and will be in a soup if they cannot finish the entire work in the 12 days committed to me. Is there no senior executive from Asian Paints in Pune who can take charge of this issue and give me a solid reassurance??? 'Read More
