Shree Services rep from Nal Stop Kothrud office contacted me after I had inquired about Home Painting Solution services. Booked the painting contract for the entire home which I was doing for the first time we moved into our new home 4-5 years back.
Their coordinator Krishna is a very lousy guy, never used to get the shades on time for the contractor workers and contractor took way long to complete the entire painting work at home, saw some paint crease appearing in small areas of the wall, which shown to contractor and the coordinator Krishna both have started shying away to come and check what the problem is exactly and giving reason to wait for monsoon to pass and still awaiting warranty certificate after the completion of painting work.
Can't say that the entire painting work was done bad, but the dealer is not responsive to after sales follow up queries and so is the customer care, please avoid this dealer in Pune and check if you can get painting done through some other reliable contractor whom you can catch hold of later on for any issues.
