Dear friends, A big mishap happened with me yesterday evening, a mad guy driving a bullet hit me from behind, which floored my bike on the hard road, when I lifted my bike I can see 2 big scratches on my bike. Trust me it was real painful sight and see the irony, that rascal escaped!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... A colleague of mine advised me to go for 'Teflon Coating' which will cover up the scratches. I do not have much idea where to go for 'Teflon Coating' in CHENNAI. Anyways I found this website somewhat useful but still not sure: http://chennai.88db.com/maa/Services/Ad_search.listing?Q=Teflon%20coating&CatID=&O=post Can anyone tell me which one will be good one to approach, its good if someone has visited them personally. Anyways I am so thankful for the knowledge on RPMs!! I will be careful on this, hoping it may do some good for me!! Also please advise me on the correct usage of 'Choke' instead of 'throttle' as mentioned by 'dashme'.Read More

Dear friends, 1) First of all an apology, my bike is not 45 days but 55 to 60 days old. I got it from 'Nagappa Auto' one day before 'Id-Ul-Zuha (Bakr-Id)' and it poured heavily on 'Bakr-Id' in Chennai. 2) I have already completed my bike's 1st servicing, and I did mentioned all my bike issues ...to the service guys, which unfortunately continued. 3) And I have always maintained the speed limit 40 to 50 km/hr upto my first service (when the km read at 760 km). Only now I have raised it to 60 to 65 km/hr, with 70 km/hr as my maximum speed till now. 4) I will surely use the 'choke'. 5) But honestly I am not sure of what 'RPMs' to be maintained. People please adviseeeeeeeeeeeeee. 6) I have always maintained the air pressure. 7) I did not have much of issues with gear shiftings, except the shift from 'neutral to top gear' and 'neutral to 2nd gear' which tends to get struck up at times.Read More
