Hi Everyone, I spoke to Nambiar Senior Manager from Pune branch and he said that City has filed an appeal asking them(FERA/FEMA) to continue their investigation and not affecting the day-to-day activities of the company. FERA/FEMA can then investigate and City is ready to pay any penalties toward...s the same. Mr Nambiar is an ex- Air force personnel and himself invested his entire savings in this scheme. The result of the appeal should be out anytime this week( fingers crossed). This info is from the legal dept from Mumbai as well. Please confirm is this is true at Mumbai. My question again did anyone speak to Mr Masood?? He is the guy. I requested Mr Nambiar if Mr Masood could make any public statement on the company's website in regards to the updates and also building confidence in investors, for which Mr Nambiar said he will put my point across to Mr Masood.Read More

Manohar, Did you get any info as to when will FEMA un freeze these accounts. Because our deadline of 5th and 7th september depends only on these details. we should be talking to FEMA in relation to this.

Hi All, I have been reading all the developments. I am Dani from pune and have invested 8 lac and close to recover 7 lac. I am thakful to Manohar for all the efforts he has put for all of us. My question is if CITI knew off all these problems, then as they send SMS's phone or e-mail they could ...have very well asked all the investors to hold till 5th sept. Mr Masood has not made any statement of the whole issue on FERA or EOW. I am sure there wont be smoke without fire. Mr Manohar pls request Mr Masood to come in public and give a statement to all investors. Bounced cheques are a crime and why does Mr Masood want to get into trouble with soo many lakhs of investors to sue him? All they are saying is it will be over and it our efforts to find out the truth which has lead us upto this information. I request Citi group to make an announcement in public if they are real and good people. This will infact build more confidence in more investors. We can just wut and pray to God till 7th sept.Read More
