We will get our money back from the company and Masood. Please do not give examples of other companies where investments have been lost. This is a unique situation, and given the investor strength, there is no choice for Masood, but to sell his shirt and give us the money. Please do NOT lose hope. ... Manohar LohiaRead More

Masood is in the process of getting transit bail and will be in Mumbai EOW tomorrow. Please do not spread rumours. Rest assured, even if he does leave India, bringing him back here is not too difficult.

I completely agree with Mr. Mhatre. Our aim is to go after Masood and get our money back. That has been my objective since day 1. I have not taken money from anyone to fight any legal case, nor am I a part of any forum or association and nor do I have any advocate. I collected a contribution to help... pay the costs of the Dec 2nd Mumbai Protest/ Rally. Investors sent in 25K, and the total expenses were in excess of 2 lakh rs, which I footed from my own pocket. So news about me collecting Rs. 500 and Mr. Jaiswal being my advocate is false. I am working on my own strategy to help recover everyone's hard earned money. Khetan- please email me at citylimouzine@gmail.com or come see me at EOW tomorrow. I understand your frustration, but it will be better if you talk it out with Mr. Mhatre and others so we don't have ill feelings amongst investors. The last thing we want Masood to do is divide and rule us. We as investors have to stay united to win this battle. I apologise to all including Mr. Mhatre, Mr. Patel, Mr. Maurya and Mr. Khaitan on behalf of the Mr. Khetan. Mr. Mhatre, I am currently in Delhi but will be back tomorrow morning. Lets meet tomorrow and see how best we can tackle masood together. Cheers- Manohar LohiaRead More

yadv- the 23rd Nov rally was pushed to 2nd dec due to police permissions and its close proximity to 26/11 anniversary. Media is extreemly busy with 26/11 and we would not have received full attention. We will have a lot of media covering the Dec 2 rally. We are expecting 50,000 + people.

please stop listening to people like K.Khan, Khaitan, Prasad Mhtare etc. This is all BS. Everyone has been sent by Masood to buy time from investors. One says office will open, one says money will be returned. All our jokers trying to fool us. Please join the Mumbai Rally on Nov 23rd.

Its all BS. No office is going to open. Some of the leased offices have already been given back to the landlord. PLEASE go and file FIR's. This is most urgent. This has to be done by wednesday, so the files come to the public prosecutor by the 28th of Oct. Secondly, atleast Mumbaikars, we need to make some noise. Outside some TV channel, Shivsena Bhavan or Mantralaya. The EOW, Mr. Saxena and his police tea...m don't seem to be doing anything, and nor is the court helping us. Simply giving new dates at every hearing. For all we know, Masood and his razzaki gang is already outside the country. Why the Mumbai police are not helping is still a mystery. They could have gained immense goodwill by helping all of us, but they chose to go the wrong way. Most of us will feel that Saxena and all the other authorities have already been paid and are enjoying Diwali, while the rest of us our crying in pain and suffering. Picture this: Over 10,000 people showed up at the Wilson High School on Oct 14th for a meeting, which was a complete eye wash and literally a joke. Instead of this, had the same 10,000 people gathered outside Mantralaya, Shiv Sena Bhavan or NDTV, the impact would have been very different. We are attending useless meetings and giving all ears to illiterates like Nirmala Bhosale, Virendra Maurya and Pramod Mhatre. To gather momentum, we may have to place an ad in a few local newspapers to gather public, take police permission and protest against the police, against Masood and his team and exercise our democratic rights. Its hurts me to the core, that we still have investors who think they will get their money back. How stupid and naive does one have to be? I must say brain dead. Do you all agree with my suggestions? I will draft an ad and we will need to place it in one newspaper per language: Say Times of India for English, Navbharat Times for Hindi and Maharashtra Times or Loksatta for Marathi. Any suggestions on a venue or where should we all gather up? ManoharRead More

Delhi investors instead of going to PM and President, please gather outside the NDTV office. Only media can help us now.

folks, please do not give up hope. It is very true that we have been cheated. I have said this since Sep 10th, that we have been taken for a ride but City loyalists ignored my comments. Anyways, be that as it may, we still have a chance of recovering some money if not all. Please do the following no... an extremely urgent basis: 1. Join the google groups at http://groups.google.com/group/cityinves tment This will ensure all people are discussing at one place. We need to be united. We cannot be discussing these issues on 10 different sites. 2. File FIR’s: Mumbai people in Amboli or Cuffe Parade and Delhi people in Nehru Place. I do not know the locations of the BLR, HYD, Chennai or Jaipur offices, so cannot comment on the nearest police stations. Once these two are done, then lets chalk out plans to involve media and politicians. We may have to walk to their offices and residences and we can do that. Just imagine if the entire crown that gathered on Oct 14th outside wilson high school, gathered outside Bal Thakeray’s house, Mantralaya or even outside NDTV offices, the impact will be massive. First, lets all come under one room. We are all scattered around.Read More
