Well this is much after my first review, which is still below, the situation now seems to have changed and they r doing pretty gud with their delivery process... its better but can b better :).. But the problem of missing stock after order still pertains I guess, which needs to b got ridden off....Read more

I endorse this review completely... I too have experienced similar problems with F&U... They deliver too late. and in 2 orders with me they didnt deliver for more than 40 days and when i called them, they lied similarly to me dat stuff did not amtch their QC(im sure this is a lie) and refunded the m...oney after dat, again at a very slow pace. they dont care to compensate for delays even :( BUt one thing products are of gud quality and well packed. but non-delivery is a big problem, especially when u have bought them at a very attractive price/ with vouchers.. im damn sure they cancel orders to avoid lossesRead More
