To be very frank I haven't checked the Panasonic, I heard that Panasonic are the best in Plasma TV's but I'll tell you one thing, Panasonic dont have as good sound as LG and as good features.... And the LG which I have bought is fantastic quality... theatre effect et all... the rest you can read in ...the above :)Read More

Hi Shrig,
I have been using this for the past few months and everything about is gives a feel good factor. Its a nice prestigious thing to have on your wall or in your showcase. Its looks nice, elegant. No extra frills, nice black shiny surface and a pleasure to just HAVE!
When you switch it on..., it's a different experience all together. The sound is wonderful. You hear the minor things, you wouldn't hear on a normal tv! You may need to keep it down at night so the neighbours dont complain and YES, to answer your question it DOES give the big screen experience! Minimum viewing distance doesn't really EXIST! So watch it from as close as you want and feel the larger then life experience.
I haven't really checked the power consumption, but its really NOT that much.
I can guaren - damn - tee you one thing though, if you switch it on, you won't wanna switch it off too early!!Read More
