friendly nature of the bus staff. ? seriously ? They are the worst out there.. Hospitality is a word which is missing in their dictionary. All drivers/cleaners are low life.

Worst ever.. The bus is good.. but that's about it.. Those drivers and cleaners are horrible low lifes.. Avoid KPN as plague.. Unless you are really thick skinned!

Yeah, but that would mean I would have to travel another 70 kms to reach Nagercoil from Trivandrum.. I have heard good things about ABT X Travels.. Gotta try them once..

Problem is KSRTC doesnt operate for Nagercoil, so in future I will travel in SETC.. It will be uncomfortable to sit and travel 16 hours but at least it is way better than getting abused by some 3rd class knuckle head, low life drivers.
